Customer Service Support

The Customer Service Support is essential to customer satisfaction.

The Customer Service Support role is to assist the Office and Shop to make sure that we, as a company, are providing the best customer services.  This role is essential to ensuring satisfied customers, efficient technicians and a professional looking work place.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

Transportation Support:Suquamish Auto Repair

  • Pick up and drop off customers, as needed
  • Pick up parts, as needed

Marketing Support:

  • Send out weekly new customer letters
  • Send out monthly service reminder letters
  • Assist in monthly advertising efforts
  • Database management (accuracy and maintenance of names and addresses)

Shop / Office Support:

  • Keep front office appearance clean & professional
  • Keep shop appearance clean & professional
  • · Clean customer cars, as needed
  • Assist with any paperwork and/or documentation
