Auto Technican

Auto Technicians are the life line of our business.

The Auto Technician’s role is to inspect and repair cars. He/she is responsible for making sure that the work is performed thoroughly, accurately and efficiently the first time. It is also the auto technician’s responsibility to always conduct themselves in a professional manner – as shown by their appearance, language, ethics, good attitude, communications and teamwork.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

Thoroughly inspect each car …

  • For any  current or potential problemsSuquamish Auto Repair
  • Communicate any recommended work to Service Manager

Accurately diagnose & repair each car …

  • For the requested service on the work order
  • For any / all recommended work that has been authorized by the customer
  • Test drive completed cars

Communicate effectively with all other employees and customers

Always keep the customer in mind …

  • On time completion
  • Fix those simple “extras” at no charge (make a note on the work order)
  • Address all of customers concerns noted on work order
  • Leave car in clean condition
  • Keep old parts
